Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (GCGC) today announced that it has completed agreements with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) and the Kawartha Downs racetrack for the re-opening of the slot facility at Kawartha Downs in Fraserville, Ontario.
