Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, has expanded with its newest location in the notable Westfield Century City Los Angeles. This location is Sugar Factory’s largest restaurant and retail store globally, boasting 14,000 square feet, a massive crystal chandelier centerpiece that sits over the 200-seat culinary and dessert mecca, and a gorgeous outdoor patio garden overlooking the bustling LA shopping center and Hollywood skyline. Upon entrance, guests are greeted by a life-size giraffe installation, an instagrammable flower wall and a glamorous dining space including interactive experiences and carnival games. The restaurant dining room, replete with red tufted banquets, crystal chandeliers and antique brass accents, seats more than 200 guests, with an additional 200 seats in the massive outdoor dining area. Sugar Factory LA also has a semi-private street entrance off Santa Monica Blvd with valet.
Adding to the interactive experience, diners of all ages can enjoy the carnival-themed game room which includes a water gun race, basketball toss, skeeball, milk jug toss and down the clown. The expansive retail confectionery features Sugar Factory’s signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of sweet treats, including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the brand’s world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionery, the café offers coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries, as well as homemade gelato and ice cream.
Sugar Factory LA’s menu features signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers, Insane Milkshakes and specialty pizzas. Guests can inject a pop of color into their order with the fan favorite Rainbow Sliders — classic mini burgers with rainbow colored buns served with American cheese, crispy onions and signature sauce. Sugar Factory’s Insane Milkshakes, served in chocolate-covered mugs, include favorites such as the Nutella Banana Milkshake with banana chocolate fudge and chocolate dipped banana and the Tie Dye Milkshake with red, blue, green and yellow white chocolate ganache, Pop Rocks and cotton candy. Legendary desserts top the menu with the sensational King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream covered with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirly pops.
The restaurant’s elevated white marble bar seats provide full-menu service complete with Sugar Factory’s signature 64 oz. alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets like the popular Lollipop Passion, garnished with lollipops and candy necklaces, and the Watermelon Mojito featuring Pitbull’s Voli 305 Vodka and sour watermelon gummies. Guests can also enjoy celebrity-approved goblets like the The Chainsmokers’ three JAJA Tequila Goblets including the Sour Flour Mango Sunrise, a combination of JAJA Tequila Blanco, mango puree, triple sec and orange juice, topped with grenadine and sour gummy flowers; and The Drake, crafted with Virginia Black Whiskey, peach puree and sweet tea topped off with Sour Patch peaches and a burst of strawberry lemonade cotton candy.
